Refund And Return Policy
At Voltronix Africa, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If a product does not meet your needs, or arrives faulty or damaged, please follow the process below.
1. Return window
You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. What can be returned
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the items are unused, in original condition, in the original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and documentation.
3. How to start a return
Email sales@voltronixafrica.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will reply with return instructions and the warehouse address.
4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or was sent in error. In those cases Voltronix Africa will arrange and pay for the return collection.
5. Restocking fee
A 10% restocking surcharge applies to returns of non-faulty items. The customer is also responsible for the return courier cost. Defective items, items damaged in transit, and items sent in error are exempt from this surcharge.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We are happy to accept exchanges. Please return your original purchase first, then place a new order for the replacement item.
8. Product warranty
All products sold by Voltronix Africa carry the manufacturer's warranty as supplied with the product. The duration and terms of the warranty are determined by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be supported by your tax invoice and the original packaging where possible.
9. Return Label.
Return label will be already inside package box.
