Shipping policy
At Voltronix Africa, we aim to dispatch your order quickly and deliver it safely. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to all addresses within South Africa.
2. Handling time
Orders are processed within 0 to 1 Mon to Fri business day .Order Cutt off Time is 2:00PM GMT+02:00. Orders placed after 2:00 GMT +2:00 will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or South African public holidays.
3. Estimated delivery time
Standard delivery within South Africa: 2 to 3 business days from dispatch. Total delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.
4. Shipping costs
Standard shipping is a flat rate of R300 per order.
Free shipping is available on all orders over R8500 (excluding taxes).
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your cart.
5. Shipping carrier
Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy.
6. Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link so you can follow your package online.
7. Risk of loss
Once Voltronix Africa hands a parcel to the courier, risk of loss or damage in transit passes to the courier. If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and keep the original packaging so we can lodge a claim.
